Where Business And Life Are Redefined

Following the ceaseless evolution of consumption and business models, consumers’ need for offices, shopping, and quality of life are ever multiplying. The development of science, technology, cultural and creative industries needs a platform to exchange their boundless creativity. Similarly, urbanites also require a diversified environment to support various creative work and compound lifestyle. A perfect mix of work and life derived from sensibly created experiences will help white-collar workers immerse, participate, and achieve. This would be the core of Lumina’s brand concept.

A roundtable forum with the theme of " Where Business And Life Are Redefined " was set up at the conference site. Mr. Dennis Chan; Mr. Zhang Haiqing, Development Director of EGO; Mr. Wei Chaoying, Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield, Manager of China Corporate Services Department; Ms. Zhang Jing, Director of Commercial Real Estate Department of China Jones Lang Lasalle; and Huang Wei, renowned host at CBN discussed together the trends, ecosystem and brand asset development in the industry. Mr. Dennis Chan noted, " Macroscopically to microscopically, if we observe how the shifting trends in China are caused by the power, the motion, and the ‘essence’ of redefined urban lifestyles, we need to take the first-tier Chinese cities as indicators. We should approach macroscopically and analyze how these metropolises are going through their own redefining changes; societies and industries are forever shapeshifting. If we return to the discussion of the “where business and life are redefined”, its effects will always remain prescribed to ‘individuals’, therefore ‘communities’ will always be at the core of changes." Invitees at the forum also presented their professional views on the relationship between work and life. They marked that the demand for urban office space remains strong, which mostly originated from emerging industries and innovations, and should be adopted into the enterprise's own talent and brand strategies.

Groundbreaking And Skyscraping Landmark

Developments at the Xuhui Riverside District are leading the advent of the next era of advancement in Shanghai. Driven by the “ART&AI” AA Engine, the scale of the Shanghai West Bund International AI Tower is taking form. The congregation of projects such as the CCTV International Media Port、Tencent、Xiao Mi’s headquarters in East China、YouZu、GuoSheng at the West Bund Media Port becomes where front-line industry news trend, novel ideas collide, and beneficial policies gather. This puts an unconventionally beautiful scene on the riverbanks.
